Full Time Pharmacist Position Available

Job Responsibilities:

• Full-Time - overnight or evening.
• 7on-7off night schedule available - flexible schedule available.
• Remote Order Entry (ROE) working in a central office location in Phoenix, AZ.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Dedicate to excellence in patient care and outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise and excellence in pharmacy operations.

Job Requirements:

• Hospital Pharmacist experience required.
• Pharm.D. or BS from an accredited institution required.
• Arizona State Board of Pharmacy, Registered Pharmacist License (Multiple pharmacy licenses preferred).
• Willing to reciprocate to multiple states.
• Three (3) or more years of individual or combined experience in Hospitals, Long Term Care or Home Infusions.
• Remote Order Entry experience helpful.
